This means that the ultimate outcome I reach with my clients is finding supreme alignment with their purpose by acting on it. Finding ease and flow as they expose their highest good to the world, in concert with their highest self. I use intuitive coaching practices, worksheets, cultural examples, reading lists, principles, dialogue, and clarifying activities to invite you to live life as you and dispel the cultural lies that shape conformity and default decisions. You will then learn to unlock your truth, your wants, your dreams, your values, your ideas, filtered only by your brilliant mind and wide open heart. As we progress, you will unleash new decisions and ways of seeing the world around you, leaning into life on your terms.
I will teach you how to swim by first learning to float and tread in the sea of cultural expectations. I engage with you on a personal level to learn the 9 principles contained in my method and what informs them from my vast experience as a leadership strategist and good girl in recovery. Over 12 90-minute sessions we progress through the learning step-by step, as I support you to hone your personal leadership behaviours and thinking.

The signature process I developed, Unpack, Unlock, Unleash, is applied to help identify, extract and bottle the brilliance of values-based leaders. The purpose of this work is to create real, tangible outcomes that are market-ready based on the world-class ideas and values my clients hold within themselves. My core gift is to mine, synthesize and guide understanding in broader systems; communities, sectors, markets, collective spaces and organizations. I am keenly aware of how ideas shape outcomes and how understanding (or misunderstanding) affects us all - clarity is the key. I discover and articulate what brilliant leaders have difficulty expressing about themselves.
I say that my clients are “in the bottle and that I am able to read the label” when reflecting about why my clients hire me. Working alongside my clients, I help them make clear decisions with calm confidence about how to bring their world-changing ideas into real form. I have the unique ability to reflect their own brilliance, as they shine in the mirror I hold up to their face throughout my process.
Gather four to six friends and sign up for my small group workshop series. Together, we embark on 3 workshops, one for each phase of my method, Unlearn Unlock Unleash ™. Each person will gain the opportunity to learn the method and the 3 associated principles relating to each phase. Break them up into a 3-part series, or consume them all in one retreat-like offer.
